its location in rotorua was magnificent and lovely, short walk to close to shops, the island and skyline gondola, luge, mountain bike track and heaps of other action stuff. the staff and the host were all knowledgeable and affable.

We had a fantastic experience at the Great Location with Friendly Host and Satisfying Services. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our kids had a blast at the nearby playground and loved interacting with the cute alpacas in the yard. It was the perfect place for family fun. we highly recommend this motel for a wonderful stay.

We were not told that breakfast cost extra until after we had eaten. The price for breakfast was too much for the food provided.
